Because surfing has evolved a lot over the last decade, yoga is increasingly used pre and post surf to warm up or recover, but it also helps channel energy and overcome fears or apprehensions. While more and more pro surfers have become yoga followers, beyond the fashionable trend and apart from its spiritual dimension, it turns out that yoga is a great way to prepare the body for a harmonious surfing practice. Tailored yoga courses are given daily by qualified instructors. During your stay, we recommend a minimum of 1 hour of yoga per day.

You can have access to bikes for 15 euros / day and we can help you book scooters and electric bikes to explore the area and nearby spots.

BEACH TRAINING: sports coaching / fitness
We offer mixed terrestrial and/or aquatic walking sessions. After being welcomed by the coach, you start the Beach Training with a Circuit Training on the sand, followed by an Aqua Training, an aquatic walk in the form of a tonic race before starting a relaxation phase in front of the ocean. We can also organize surf specific training sessions in the surf house garden.

For optimal recovery, we offer a wide choice of massages thanks to our masseurs and osteopaths partners.
Hiking - Trekking / discovery of the Basque Country
We can guide you and accompany you to discover the Basque Country landscapes, at a pace driven by our customers’ request.
